Shipping Policy
What is the shipping method, processing time & rate for a typical order?
Ground Service (U.S.)
Orders placed by 1:00PM ET Monday – Friday will begin processing the same day.
Orders received after 1:00PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Orders are shipped UPS Ground with a flat fee of $5.95
The timeframe for the shipment will begin when the carrier picks up your order for delivery.
Shipping Confirmation
We will send a shipment confirmation email once we have finished processing your order.
If you place an order after the cutoff time, you may experience a delay between the shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or postal holidays.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item is currently out of stock, we will cancel the item and remove it from your order.
You will receive an email notifiying you the order has changed.
I haven't received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?
Please contact us at info@tweezerman.com with your name and order number and a customer care representative will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently we ship exclusively within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS, PROCESSING TIME & RATES FOR A TYPICAL ORDER?
Ground Service, 2-Day and 1-Day (U.S.)
Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST Monday – Friday will begin processing the same day.
Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will be processed the next business day. Observed holidays include: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Ground orders are shipped via USPS with a non-refundable flat fee of $5.95.
2-Day and 1-Day orders are shipped via FedEx with a non-refundable flat fee of $10.95 for 2-Day shipping and $25.95 for 1-Day shipping. All expedited shipping orders adhere to 1-2 business day processing times. The timeframe for the shipment will begin when the carrier picks up your order for delivery.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, OR MY SHIPMENT IS LATE?
Title and risk of loss of all items purchased from Tweezerman.com pass to you, the buyer, when Tweezerman delivers the items to a delivery carrier. Any claims for loss or damage must be presented to the carrier, not Tweezerman.
